摘要
德国应用技术大学质量保障体系是由政府、社会和高校三个主体构成,职业性与双元机制是保障体系的核心。保障体系坚持以工作岗位需要来确定人才培养目标;从理论与实践两个层面建立"双元质量保障机制";"宽进严出"制度以及"双师型"教师群体保障了本科职业教育的应用性;内外结合的评估体系,使教育质量得到持续改善。质量保障体系使德国本科职业教育的职业性与应用性得到了制度保障,统一化的机制使教育质量更具可比性,从而构建了德国较为独特的本科职业教育体系,提升了德国职业技术人才的竞争力。
The quality assurance system of German Applied Technology University is composed of three main bodies: the government, the society and the university. vocational and dual mechanism is the core of the security system. Security system adheres to the work needs to determine the training objectives. Dual quality guarantee mechanism should be set up from the two aspects of theory and practice. Strict system and the double qualification teacher group ensures the application of the undergraduate vocational education. The combination of internal and external evaluation system has continuously improved the quality of education. The quality assurance system makes the vocational and practical application of the German undergraduate vocational education to have system guarantee, and the unified mechanism makes the education quality more comparable, thus constructing a unique German undergraduate vocational education system, and enhancing the competitiveness of German vocational and technical personnel.
