摘要
目的探讨电子喉镜下声带小结摘除术后口服甘桔冰梅片联合雾化吸入普米克令舒治疗声带小结的效果。方法选取该科门诊2013年1月—2015年1月声带小结患者128例,随机分为治疗组65例和对照组63例,对照组给予地塞米松雾化吸入治疗,治疗组给予口服甘桔冰梅片联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的84.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子喉镜下声带小结摘除术后口服甘桔冰梅片联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗声带小结疗效好,提高治愈率,方法简单、安全,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of Ganju Bingmei Tablets joint aerosol inhalation Pulmicort respulas after vocal nodules excision operation under electronic laryngoscope on vocal nodules. Methods Selected 128 cases patients with vocal nodules in our department outpatient service from January 2013 to January 2015, all patients were randomly divided into treatment group（65 cases） and control group（63 examples）, the control group was given dexamethasone aerosol inhalation treatment, treatment group was given Gan Jie Bing Mei Pian joint＇s Pulmicort respulas atomization inhalation therapy, comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%, significantly higher than the control group（84.1%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ganju Bingmei Tablets joint aerosol inhalation Pulmicort respulas after vocal nodules excision operation under electronic laryngoscope have a good curative effect on vocal nodules, improving the cure rate, and the method is simple and safe, which was worthy of clinical promotion.
