摘要
目的探讨基层医院麻醉科质量与安全管理中存在的问题及对策。方法分析基层医院麻醉科管理中存在的问题,针对问题,探讨基层医院麻醉科质量与安全管理的相关策略。结果基层医院麻醉科存在的问题有:麻醉科在部分基层医院仍归属医技科室,麻醉专业人员的结构水平偏低;麻醉科基本设备和装备不完善;麻醉科科学管理制度不健全等。通过认真分析及探索,提出基层医院麻醉科质量与安全管理相关措施有:按二级学科的要求和标准建设麻醉科、建立麻醉质量控制小组;重视麻醉医生的医学教育和培训工作;完善麻醉科必要的监测设备和基本监测标准;加强麻醉科相关药物管理;以团队协作、以人为本的理念进行科室管理等。结论分析问题并从多方位加强对基层医院麻醉科质量与安全管理是提高基层医院手术安全的保证。
Objective To explore the existed problems and related solutions of quality and safety management in Anesthesia Department at primary hospital. Methods To analyze the existed problems and explore the related solutions of quality and safety management in Anesthesia Department at primary hospital. Results The problems in Anesthesia Department at primary hospital are as follows： Anesthesia Department in some primary hospital still belongs to medical laboratory, so the structural level of anesthesia professionals is lower. The basic equipments of anesthesia department are poor, and the management system is imperfect. Through serious analysis and exploration, we put forward related methods regarding the quality and safety management of anesthesia department in primary hospital： establishing anesthesia department and quality control group according to the requirement and standard of second level discipline; paying much attention on the medical education and training for the anesthesia doctors; perfecting required monitoring equipment and basic monitoring standard; improving related medicine management of anesthesia department; managing the anesthesia department with teamwork spirit. Conclusions Analyzing the problems and strengthen the quality and safety management of anesthesia department is the guarantee of improving operation safety of primary hospital.
