摘要
目的分析护理干预在产妇产褥期焦虑型抑郁症的应用效果。方法选择2012年1月—2015年6月该院收治的产褥期焦虑型抑郁症产妇92例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予产褥期常规护理,在对照组基础上观察组实施综合护理干预,对比分析两组患者焦虑、抑郁程度及治疗依从性。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在产妇产褥期焦虑型抑郁症的应用效果显著,可以在临床工作中广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the nursing intervention on the anxiety of postpartum depression effect. Methods select January 2012- 2015 years 6 months in our hospital from postpartum anxiety type maternal depression 92 cases as the research object, in this study all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group was given routine nursing care in puerperium, in the control group based on the observation group was implemented comprehensive nursing intervention, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with anxiety, depression and treatment compliance.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Before the intervention, two groups of SAS score and SDS score comparison, the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）; intervention, observation groups, the scores of SAS and SDS scores are lower than the control group, data through the contrast difference significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in maternal postpartum anxiety type anti depressive disorder and the application effect is very notable, and can be widely applied in clinical work.
