地磁场环境变化与渗出性胸腔积液发生的相关性研究

摘要 目的考证在地磁环境变化时胸膜的通透性变化。方法首先遴选第24太阳活动周期内(2009年1月—2014年1月期间)五个不同年同月的时间段,统计该时间段内地磁指数Dst变化的总量,同时统计此段时间内的渗出性胸腔积液确诊人数及其所占总入院收治人数的百分比。将总地磁变化量的绝对值分别与胸腔积液确诊人数及其所占总入院收治人数的百分比数进行相关统计。结果研究分析了每年2.10-3.10,3.15-4.10,5.1-6.14,9.1-9.25以及11.1-12.5共5个时间段内地磁场环境的年变化与渗出性胸腔积液确诊人数及其所占总入院收治人数的百分比数之间的相关度,发现不同年同一时期内的地磁指数变化与渗出性胸腔积液发病率呈较好的正相关性,rs分别达可达1.000(P<0.001),0.900(P<0.05),0.6000,0.738和1.000(P<0.001)(Dst–收治确诊人数相关度)和0.667,0.900(P<0.05),0.700,1.000(P<0.001)和1.000(P<0.001)(Dst–胸腔积液收治百分比相关度)。结论通过此项研究初步验证了太阳活动引起的地磁变化对生物膜透过率的影响,为下一步通过有效的太阳物理观测提出合理的预警、预防该类疾病提出了理论依据。 Objective To clarify the permeability changes in the pleura during the geomagnetic field variation periods.Methods At first we select five typical geomagnetic storm periods from Jan-2009 to Jan-2014 in 24 th solar cycle and static the variations of Dst index values, the numbers and percentages of exudative pleural effusion patients in these five periods.And then we did some correlative analysis between the total variations of the Dst absolution values and the percentages of exudative pleural effusion patients in same period. Results Our research analyzed correlations between the total variations of the Dst absolution values, the numbers and the percentages of exudative pleural effusion patients in five periods every year from 2009-2014, respectively 2.10-3.10,3.15-4.10, 5.1-6.14,9.1-9.25 and 11.1-12.5. And then we found that there existed high correlation between variations of Dst value and exudative pleural effusion morbidities—the total number and percentage, the correlative index rs can respectively reach 1.000(P 〈0.001), 0.900(P 〈0.05), 0.6000, 0.738,1.000(P〈 0.001),and the correlation between Dst and total number of the exudative pleural effusion morbidities, 0.667, 0.900(P〈0.05),1.000(P〈0.001),1.000(P〈0.001)--the correlation between Dst and percentages of the exudative pleural effusion morbidities. Conclusions From this research, we preliminarily verified the influences of the permeability of biological membranes leading by the geomagnetic storms inducing by solar activities. And it provides theoretical basis for giving effectively pre-alarm information by solar observation data for preventing these illnesses.
