Research progress of the relationship between miR-25 and clinical diseases

摘要 microRNA-25是miR-106b家族(miR-106b、miR-93和miR-25)中的一员,位于人染色体7q22.1的miR-106-25基因簇,在蛋白质编码基因MCM7初级转录本的第13个内含子区,目前研究证明miRNA-25异常表达对人类多种疾病的发生发展中起着至关重要的作用。本文就miRNA-25与临床疾病关系的国内外研究进展进行综述。 MicrranoRNA-25 belongs to miR-106b-25 cluster. This cluster produces three mature miRNAs (miR-106b, miR-93, and miR-25). These three miRNAs are clustered in the intron 13 of host gene MCM7 at chromosome 7q22 and actively co-transcribed in the context of MCM7 primary RNA tscript. The present studies have proved that the abnormal expression of miR-25 plays a vital role in the development and incidence of human diseases. In this paper, the research progress at home and abroad of the relationship between miR-25 and clinical diseases were reviewed.
