摘要
目的：研究分析鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎的临床疗效.方法：回顾性分析某院于2014年1月-2015年2月收治的100例鼻窦炎患者的病历资料,随机的分为对照组和观察组.对照组应用常规手术治疗,观察组患者应用鼻内镜手术治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况.结果：观察组患者的临床有效率（98%）明显高于对照组（80%）,P 〈0.05,有统计学意义.观察组患者不良反应发生率（2%）低于对照组（10%）,P 〈0.05,有统计学意义.结论：鼻窦炎患者应用鼻内镜手术治疗,不仅仅有着较好的临床疗效,同时也有着较低的并发症发生率,有一定的安全性和可行性,值得临床推广应用.
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of treating nasosinusitis with nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods:Medical records of 100 patients with nasosinusitis in a hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group used conventional surgery,observation group was given nasal endoscopic surgery,compare curative effect and incidence of complication of the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of observation group was 98%,significantly higher than 80%of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 2%,significantly lower than 10%in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Using nasal endoscopic surgery to treat nasosinusitis not only has a better clinical curative effect,but also has a lower incidence of complications,it has certain feasibility,security and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
