摘要
采用本体的方法,以金元名家李东垣的《脾胃论》为例,运用本体构建工具protégé,在已有研究"中医方证研究与决策开发服务平台"的术语标准库中提取用法、功用、中药、病证和加减化裁等术语,参照中医药一体化语言系统(TCMLS)中的语义关系,分析术语之间的内在涵义,并选取《脾胃论》中的补中益气汤,构建完整的语义网络,初步探讨中医方剂本体的构建方法,为今后本体在智能检索、诊断,图书情报和生物信息学等领域的应用提供参考。
This research adopts the way of ontology for discussion on methods of building prescriptions ontology by ontology construction tool 'protégé',specifically,it will extract usage,function,herbs,syndromes and subtraction of herbs from the terminology standard library ' Prescription-syndrome Research in TCM and Decision Development Service Platform' when analyzing inherent meaning between the terms referring to the semantic relationship in TCMLS,finally finish the whole semantic network.All these can provide reference to ontology application in the field of intelligent search,diagnosis,library information and bioinformatics.
