摘要
在某城市轨道交通线路上对钢轨打磨前后轨面不平顺、轮轨力及轨道结构振动进行测试,根据测试数据分析轨面不平顺对轮轨力和钢轨振动加速度的影响。结果表明,钢轨打磨后,轨面不平顺幅值从打磨前的0.966 mm降低为0.686 mm,轮轨垂向力可降低18%~19%,钢轨垂向振动加速度降低了2.33倍。
Based onthe test of track surface irregularity,the wheel/rail force and track structure vibration on a metro line before and after grinding,the effect of track surface irregularity over track dynamic response is verified with the experiment analysis. The results show that the track surface irregularity is reduced from 0. 966 mm before grinding to 0. 686 mm after grinding,and the wheel/rail vertical dynamic force is also reduced by 18% ~ 19%,thus the track vibration acceleration could be cut down to 2. 33 times.
