摘要
利用SNP分子标记对12份番茄种质的Ty-1基因连锁标记进行检测,同时采用田间鉴定方法,综合评价番茄种质资源的对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的抗病性。结果表明FQSH1、FQSH4、FQSH5、FQSH10、FQSH11和FQSH25为纯合抗病资源(基因型Ty-1/Ty-1),田间表现为抗番茄黄化曲叶病毒病;FQZJ6和FQSH34为杂合抗病资源(基因型Ty-1/ty-1),田间表现为抗番茄黄化曲叶病毒病。野生2、FQZJ4、FQZJ9和野生3为感病纯合资源(基因型ty-1/ty-1),其中FQZJ4田间表现为抗病,其他为感病。分子标记分析结果与田间鉴定结果基本一致。
Ty-1gene closely associates with the SNP markers from 12 tomato varieties.Thus,this study aimed to identify the disease-resistance gene by using the SNP markers.A field test was also conducted to comprehensively evaluate the resistanceof various tomato cultivarstothe yellow leaf curl disease.The results showed that(a)FQSH1,FQSH4,FQSH5,FQSH10,FQSH11 and FQSH25cultivars were resistant homozygous with Ty-1/Ty-1genes,and demonstrated a disease-resistance in the field;(b)FQZJ6and FQSH34 were resistant heterozygous with Ty-1/ty-1genes,and demonstrateda disease-resistance in the field as well;and,(c)FQZJ4,FQZJ9,Wild 2and Wild 3were homozygous and susceptible with ty-1/ty-1genes,and FQZJ4 demonstrated a disease-resistance,while the others were disease-susceptible in the field.It appeared that the molecular detection and the field testing yielded generally agreeable results.
