摘要
目的探讨开展品管圈活动对推动精神科实施优质护理服务的作用。方法对开展品管圈活动前(2013年度,活动前组)及活动后(2014年度,活动后组)患者、护理人员的不良事件发生率,患者家属、护理人员的满意度进行对比分析。结果活动后组患者及护理人员不良事件发生率显著低于活动前组(P〈0.05),患者家属及护理人员满意度显著高于活动前组(P〈0.01)。结论在精神科开展品管圈活动有利于改善护患关系,提高护理效果及安全性,减少不良事件的发生。
Objective To investigate the roles of developing quality control circle (QCC) activity in pro- moting psychiatric high quality nursing service. Methods Incidences of adverse events in patients and nurses as well as families' and nurses' satisfactions were contrastively analyzed between pre- (2013, pre- QCC group) and post-QCC (2014, post-QCC group). Results The incidences of adverse events in patients and nurses were significantly lower (P〈0.05) and families' and nurses' satisfactions higher (P〈0.01) in post- than in pre-QCC group. Conclusion QCC activities are beneficial to the improvement of nurse-patient relationship, boost nursing effect and safety, and lower the development of adverse events.
