摘要
发展了一种无催化剂下的芳醛或靛红与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮、丙二腈的三组分"一锅"反应合成系列2-氨基-3-氰基-5-氧代-5,6,7,8-四氢色烯的方法.该方法以乙醇为溶剂,室温下三组分"一锅"反应即可以得到良好以上产率的目标化合物,并利用1H NMR,13C NMR和元素分析等对合成的化合物结构进行了表征.该方法具有实验条件温和、实验操作及产物后处理简单、产率高,对环境友好等优点.
This work developed an efficient method for the synthesis of 2-amino-7,7-dimethyl-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile derivatives from aromatic aldehydes or isatins,5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione and malononitrile. The desired products were obtained with high yields in ethanol at room temperature,and structure of all compounds were characterized by1 HNMR,13CNMR and elemental analysis. The results showed that this method had advantages of mild reaction conditions,simple operation,convenient post-processing,high yield,and environment-friendly.
