摘要
协同创新已成为构建新的研究生培养模式的现实路径。以协同创新平台为载体,探讨通过改革招生、课程设置、科研活动、实习实践、学位论文、教学安排、导师配置等环节,构建新的专业学位硕士研究生培养模式,并探究体制保障和激励机制、约束机制、保障机制的建设,保障新的培养模式的运行,增强学生创新能力和实践能力的培养。
Collaborative innovation has become a realistic approach to build a new graduate student cultivating mode. Based on collaborative innovation platform,this article discusses on reframing the cultivating mode of professional degree master by reforming on enrollment,arrangement of lessons,scientific research activities,practice,dissertation,arrangement of teaching,allocation of tutors. It also discusses the system security and building of incentive mechanism,constraint mechanism,supporting mechanism to ensure the smooth operation of the new mode and enhance the cultivation of students' innovative ability and practical ability.
