摘要
淬透性和淬硬性是选钢和制定热处理工艺的重要参考因素.本文通过改变材料的成分,改变冷却速度等试验来探讨影响淬透性和淬硬性的因素,得到提高淬透性的方法是:改变成分使C曲线右移和提高冷却速度;提高淬硬性的方法是:提高含碳量及加入合金元素.
It's the important reference factors of choosing the steel and making technology for heating processing for the quenching degree and hardenability. This paper discussed the factors of influencing the quenching degree and hardenability by changing the content of the material, and changing the speed of cooling the steel, and get the ways to improve the quenching degree is to change the composition to make the Curve C right shift and increase the cooling speed; And the way to improve the hardenability is to improve the carbon content and add the alloying element.
