摘要
主要介绍用ICP-AES法对生铁中砷、铜有害元素进行分析研究。首先从生产上收集内控样品,其次在ICP-AES上建立生铁分析方法,用以测定生铁中砷、铜有害元素,并为内控样品定值,再用ICP-AES法与日常X荧光分析生铁方法进行比对,验证其准确度,从而应用于X荧光分析曲线和方法的建立及日常样品的控制上。
The study and analysis on the arsenic and copper harmful elements in pig iron by ICP-AES was introduced in the paper. First,the internal control samples were collected from production practice,secondly,based on ICP-AES,the analysis method for pig iron was established to measure the arsenic and copper harmful elements in pig iron and to determine the value of internal control sample,then,ICP-AES method was used to compare with the daily X-ray fluorometric analysis method for pig iron to verify its accuracy,thereby was used in the establishment of X-ray fluorometric analysis curve and method and the control of daily samples.
