摘要
近期美国心脏病学会(ACC)、美国心脏协会(AHA)和美国心律协会(HRS)联合发布了"室上性心动过速(SVT)管理指南",指南陈述了SVT完整的定义、流行病学及关于机制不明的SVT患者初始评估,并制定急、慢性发作的处理流程图。新指南覆盖了所有类型的SVT,包括规律的窄QRS心动过速和不规律SVT(如不规则房扑和多源性房速),但是不包括心房颤动。新指南采用了ACC/AHA最新发布的新版指南推荐分类系统,该系统更加精确,而且更加依赖高质量的证据。
Recently, ACC/AHA/HRS jointly issued Guideline for the Management of Adult Patients With Supraventricular Tachycardia. The guidelines clarify the definition and the epidemiology of SVT and discussion on the initial evaluation of patients with unknown mechanism of SVT＇s, and draw a flowchart for management of acute and chronic attack. New guideline covers all types of SVT expcept atrial fibrillation ,including regular narrow QRS tachycardias and irregular SVTs （atrial flutter with irregular ventricular response and multifocal atrial tachycardia ）.The guildlines are based on the newest guideline recommend classification system published by ACC/ AHA, which is more accurate, and more dependent on high-quality evidence.
