摘要
强迫风冷封闭母线是一种用于百万千瓦核电机组的特殊的母线型式,技术复杂,国产化尚不成熟,若不了解其技术特点、采购要点,则无法制订出合理的采购策略,可能导致合同变更,费用难以控制。本论文针对采购时常遇到的问题,分析母线及附属设备技术特点、选型及市场状况,总结采购要点并给出对策以实现合理高效采购,控制采购费用。
Forced Air Cool individual phase bus is a special type bus that used in 1000 MWe NPP. It is sophisticated product, and its localization is not mature. We can＇t formulate a properly procurement strategy if we can＇t understand its technical characteristics, that may lead to contract changes. To solve these problems encountered in purchasing, The article analyzes the specification, model selection and market condition of individual phase bus in 1000 MWe NPP, summary procurement points, formulate procurement strategy to achieve a reasonable and efficient procurement.
