摘要
针对某型号轮式液压挖掘机散热系统进行升级,新型散热系统在停止工作之后,风扇马达会出现吸空现象,影响风扇马达使用寿命。通过对风扇马达吸空现象进行分析并提出合理改进方案,经试验证明改进方案有效,解决了马达吸空现象。延长了风扇马达使用寿命,同时提高了整机质量的可靠性。
Upgrade for cooling system of wheeled hydraulic excavators, after working stops of new cooling system, fan motor can occur cavitation phenomenon, and affecting the life of the fan motor. Analysising the cavitation of the fan motor,then puting forward the reasonable improvement scheme, and test showed that the scheme is effective,can solve motor cavitation phenomenon. Extending the working time of the fan motor, improving the reliability of complete machine at the same time.
