复合材料飞机结构的低速冲击损伤特性影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 阐述了复合材料结构低速冲击试验方案及步骤并进行了试验;介绍了低速冲击损伤特征,对损伤特性的影响因素包括冲头直径、冲击位置、铺层厚度等进行了分析,给出了相关曲线;总结了各参数对损伤特性的影响规律,为进一步研究复合材料结构冲击阻抗提供了参考。研究结果表明:相同冲击能量下,钝头冲击产生较小的凹坑,但分层面积较大;凹坑深度、损伤面积均随着冲击能量的增加而增加;与凹坑深度相比,损伤面积分散性较大;筋条间冲击损伤面积最小,缘条边缘冲击损伤面积最大;层压板越厚,损伤阻抗越大。 It introduces the scheme of composite impact experiment, analyzes several influencing factors of dam- age characteristics such as diameter of punch, location of impact, thickness of laminate, and summarizes the rel- ative curves and the influencing law of parameters on damage characteristic. The results show that the bigger di- ameter of punch will make shallower dent with larger delamination area, and the damage will extend along with the increase of impact energy. The scatter of damage area is more severe than dent depth. The impact between stiffeners will generate smallest damage and the impact at the edge of stiffener will produce largest damage area. The damage resistance will increase with the thickness of the laminate.
