摘要
随着社会主义经济体制改革走向深化,社会的转型也势在必行,构建以人为本和谐社会的战略目标为社会转型明确了方向。而社会体育公共服务并未将城市居民与新生代农民工统筹起来,占到了全国流动人口一半以上的新生代农民工并不在体育公共服务体系之中。把体育贫困的原因与体育治理的对策有机联系起来,从制度、经济、资源等多维度研究新生代农民工体育贫困的原因。并在建立新型体育治理体系的前提下,从城乡二元制、体育资源、就业机制、基层体育组织方面提出治理新生代农民工体育贫困的对策,意在改善新生代农民工体育现状,以期丰富体育治理新形势的理论成果。
With the deepening of the socialist economy institution innovation,the transformation of social is more crucial,and the strategic objectives which construct People-oriented harmonious society point out the direction of social transformation.Though the connection of urban residents and the new generation of migrant workers was not unified by social sports public service,the new generation of migrant workers accounted for more than half of the floating population in China is not in the sports public service system. Connect the course of poverty of sports and the measures of sports management organically,to enquiry the courses of sports poverty of the new generation of migrant workers with multi-abstracts involved system,economy and resources and so on. Furthermore,according to the duality of urban and rural dual system,employment mechanism,essential sports organizations to develop the measures of governing the sports poverty of the new generation of migrant workers,before the premise of establishing a new type of sports management system,contributed to enrich the theoretical results of new situation of sports management.
