摘要
关爱残疾人，是金湾区在城镇化进程中，社区社会工作服务不可或缺的重组成部分。全面而准确地掌握金湾区残疾人的基本生活状况和需求情况，可为科学制定金湾区残疾人社会工作服务发展规划提供基础依据，从而促进金湾区残联及社区社会工作者更好地为残疾人提供高效的、人性化的个性服务。为了全面准确地掌握金湾区残疾人的基本生活状况和需求，珠海城市职业技术学院协同金湾区残疾人联合会，于2014年6月--2015年8月对金湾区持证残疾人开展了一次全面的入户调查，共获得有效问卷795份。本文根据调查所获得的资料，从调查研究的背景和意义、残疾人基本生活状况、残疾人需求状况、进一步做好残疾人社会服务工作的建议和举措等方面，对金湾区残疾人的生活状况及需求信息进行了较为详细的分析和研究。
Caring for the disabled is an indispensable part of community services in Jinwan District＇s urbanization. Complete and accurate understanding of living conditions and demand of the disabled people in the community can provide fundamental data for scientifically making plans for the community services and helping the district＇s Federation of the Disabled Persons and social workers better offer efficient, humanized and personalized services. In order to completely and accurately keep track of the living conditions and demand of the disabled in Jinwan District, Zhuhai City Polytechnic assisted Jinwan Federation of Disabled Persons to conduct a comprehensive household survey among the district＇s accredited disabled persons between June, 2014 and August 2015 with 795 valid questionnaires. Based upon the acquired data, the article makes a detailed analysis of and research on the living conditions and demand of the disabled in the district in such aspects as research background and significance, basic living conditions of the people, their demand, suggestions and measures for further offering social services to the disabled.
