摘要
经过十年发展的中国股票市场，为解决原有制度缺陷而采取的进入、退出制度变革，是中国股票市场的必然选择。本文从分析诱发制度变迁的根本原因，即原有制度缺陷入手，讨论制度变迁要达成促进股票市场规范化发展目标将面临的挑战。
Abstract : It is a necessary choice for the China stock markets through the development for 10 years to solve the weakness of the old system by adopting the system for entering into or withdrawing from the stock market. The author analyses the main reasons why the system can he changed and discusses the development aim to promote the regulation of the stock markets.
