摘要
数字出版的突飞猛进与媒介融合的加速加深,使出版业发生了天翻地覆的变化,传统出版企业的发展模式已难以适应快速变动的外部环境。为使我国出版企业数字化转型有效率有效果地完成,增强出版企业的整体实力和影响力,文章构建了"数字出版系统作用机制模型",力图从出版企业内部找寻关键要素,同时探索出版企业外部利益相关者间的合作模式。通过研究企业内外制约数字化转型的因素,协调、突破当前发展瓶颈,探寻出版企业数字化转型的有效路径,从而实现组织内外部高度协调,最终达到提升出版企业竞争力之目的。
The enormous strides of digital publishing and media convergence lead to the earth-shaking changes of traditional publish industry, whose old-fashioned development mode is increasingly difficult to adapt the rapid changes in the external environment. In order to complete the digital transformation of China's publishing enterprises efficiently and effectively, and enhance their overall strength and influence, this paper constructs the mechanism model of digital publication system so as to search the key factors from the publication enterprises, and further explore the cooperation mode among the different external stakeholders in business.
