摘要
目的探讨腹部外科手术后常见并发症的超声诊断价值。方法总结2009-05～2014-12该院腹部手术后1年内出现发热、腹部疼痛、包块、腹胀、下肢肿胀等症状的91例患者超声声像图表现。结果经治疗后随访或病理证实超声诊断为血肿22例,脓肿18例,腹腔积液15例,腹壁脂肪液化坏死15例,肠梗阻10例,切口疝6例,下肢深静脉血栓5例,均具有特征性声像图表现。结论超声对腹部外科手术后常见并发症具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the ultrasonic diagnostic value of the common complications after abdomi- nal surgery. Methods Ultrasononic data of 91 cases with abdominal surgery from May 2009 and December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The symptoms that occurred within one year after the surgery included fever, pain, mass, abdominal distension and lower limb swelling. Results The ultrasonic results shaved hematoma in 22 cases, abscess in 18 cases, seroperitoneum in 15 cases, abdominal fat liquefaction necrosis in 15 cases, intestinal obstruction in 10 cases, incision hernia in 6 cases, lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in 5 cases. All the ultrasonic results were proved by a follow-up of one year after the treatment or pathology. Conclusion Ultrasonography has high diagnostic value for the common complications after abdominal surgery operation.
