摘要
从化学的角度分析了目前造成井下钻具腐蚀的主要原因,归纳得出了钻井液对井下钻具的电化学腐蚀、氧腐蚀、硫化氢腐蚀等腐蚀方式,阐述了上述方式的腐蚀机理与腐蚀速率的影响因素,对比了钻具腐蚀影响因素的实验数据,得出了钻井液体系变化对钻具腐蚀速率的影响规律。给出了钻具腐蚀的保护措施。其中电化学腐蚀对钻具的危害远远大于单纯的化学腐蚀,在进行防腐措施时应予特别重视。
Main reasons to cause the corrosion of drilling tools were analyzed, and several corrosion ways were summarized, such as electrochemical corrosion, oxygen corrosion and hydrogen sulfide corrosion. Principles and influencing factors of the corrosion were explained, and effect rule of the drilling fluid system on corrosion speed was obtained by contrasting the test data. Some protective methods of drilling tools were put forward. It's pointed out that damage of electrochemical corrosion is greater than that of chemical corrosion.
