摘要
目的观察改良式眼轮匝肌折叠术治疗老年性下睑内翻的疗效。方法对2010年10月至2012年10月在漂阳市中医院眼科就诊的老年性下睑内翻48例（54只眼），进行改良式眼轮匝肌折叠术，术后随访6个月到2年，观察其效果。结果54只眼下睑内翻均得以良好矫正，外形恢复好。观察6个月到2年无复发。结论改良式眼轮匝肌折叠术矫正老年性下睑内翻，不但可以恢复眼睑的正常生理位置，不易复发，而且可以改善面部容貌，此方法简单易行，安全有效。
Objective To observe the effect of modified orbicularis muscle plication treatment for senile entropion. Methods Forty-eight patients （54 eyes） suffered from senile eyelid entropion re- ceived modified orbicularis muscle plication, and were followed up for 6 months to 2 years to ob- serve its effect. Results All 54 patients gained good entropion correction, the shape recovery was good. Followed-up for 6 months to 2 years, there were no recurrences.
