新型无灰助燃剂对柴油机燃烧和排放特性的影响

摘要 采用无灰助燃添加剂FT在F6L913柴油机上进行了外特性和负荷特性试验,研究了新型无灰助燃剂对柴油机动力性、经济性、燃烧和排放特性的影响。研究结果表明:与燃用柴油(0-#)相比,柴油机燃用添加无灰助燃剂FT的燃油(1-#)时,发动机功率平均提高了5.12%;燃油消耗率有所降低,外特性和负荷特性试验分别平均降低了2.59%、1.68%;气缸压力、压力升高率和放热率峰值均有所升高,缸压峰值出现位置变化不大,压力升高率和放热率峰值出现位置前移曲轴转角1°-2°,滞燃期缩短,燃烧持续期延长;一氧化碳(CO)、碳化氢(HC)、氮氧化物(NOx)排放有所降低,碳烟排放外特性和负荷特性试验分别平均降低了12.8%、26.5%。 The full load and partial load characteristic experiments were carried out on a F6L913 diesel engine to investigate the effect of a newly ashless combustion supporting additive FT doped in diesel on the power, fuel economy, combustion characteristics and exhaust gas emissions. The results show that as comparied to 0° fuel, use of 1° fuel, can make the engine power increased by 5. 12%; the fuel consumption decreased by an average of 2. 59% and 1.68% respectively for the full load and partial load characteristic experiments; the maximum combustion pressure, pressure rise rate and heat release rate increased slightly, the crank angle position of the maximum combustion pressure changed a little while the crank angle position of the pressure rise rate and heat release rate advanced by 1~~ 2~, meantime the ignition delay period decreased and the combustion duration increased coupled to the obvious decrease of CO. HC and NOx emissions and hence decreased soot emission by an average of 12. 8% and 26. 5 % respectively for the full load and partial load characteristic experiments.
