摘要
分析涂层织物的功能指标与涂层厚度的关系,说明涂层厚度是影响产品质量与生产成本的重要因素;介绍电子显微镜观察法、克重仪取样称重均厚两种传统的涂层厚度检测方法,分析了其优缺点;提出可从涂层织物结构、涂层性质、视觉厚度检测、调节自适应等方面开展相关的研究。
Effect of coating thickness of fabric on its functional property is analyzed. It is demonstrated that coating thickness is one of the important factors affecting product quality and production cost. Two traditional coating thickness measurements, electron microscope observation and electronic balance weightening methods, are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Research directions including the structure and performance of coating fabric, the thickness of visual detection, regulation and other aspects of adaptation are proposed.
