棉织物低盐染色助剂的应用

摘要 以聚乙二醇-200为软单体,异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、N-甲基二乙醇胺为硬单体,合成阳离子水性聚氨酯,并对其进行表征及性能分析。将合成的改性剂用于棉织物改性整理,并采用活性染料染色,研究改性剂质量分数、盐碱用量、染色温度和时间对染色效果的影响。结果表明,改性剂为3%(omf)时,经改性处理后织物的K/S值、摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度、匀染性能均达到推荐染色工艺水平,盐碱用量降低了25%,达到了低盐染色目的。 Cationic waterborne polyurethane (WPU) dispersion is synthesized by the reaction of polyethylene glycol (PEG200), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and N-methyl diethanolamine (MDEA). The properties of the prepared WPU are measured and analyzed. By modifying cotton fabric and reactive dyeing, the influence of concentrations of modifier, salt and alkali, as well as the dyeing temperature and time is analyzed. The studies show that K,/S value, color fastnesses to rubbing and washing, and the level dyeing behaviors of the fabrics with new process can reach the same level as those with the recommended dyeing process when modifier concentration is 3%, while the salt and alkali dosage is reduced by 25%.
