摘要
甘肃省农村幼儿园置换脱产研修项目覆盖面广、定位准确、课程方案合理,影子园及培训团队水平较高,实施成效显著,在提高农村幼儿教师教育理念和保教技能、开启幼儿教师行动研究热情、加速专业成长等方面贡献突出。在项目实施过程中存在诸如安全主体界定不清、参训教师遴选不严、课程"专家化"倾向明显等问题,需进一步完善学员选派机制、加大本土课程资源开发、健全跟踪指导机制、加大基层幼儿园负责人培训,不断提升项目实施成效。
The Full-time Replacement National Training Plan for Rural Preschool Teachers with a high level training team and several high quality "shadow" Kindergartens in Gansu Province has a wide coverage, an accurate localization and a reasonable course plan. It has made an outstanding contribution and a good result in helping the rural preschool teachers to improve education philosophies and teaching skills, to open action research enthusiasm and to accelerate professional growth while it has some problems in the program implementing process, such as ill-defined security subjects, non-rigorous trainees' selecting mechanism, experts-tendency course plan. The plan needs to further improve trainees selected mechanism, increase the local curriculum resource, perfect the tracking guide mechanism, strengthen principal' s training in rural preschools, in order to optimizing the effectiveness of the program.
