摘要
利用非金属超声波检测仪,对龄期28d下不同水泥掺量的红粘土进行了超声波测试。结合快速傅里叶变换法(FFT),对声波信号进行了频谱分析,得到声波信号的频谱特征曲线。依据超声波波形、频谱特征及波速,对水泥红粘土的质量和水泥掺量范围进行了分析。通过疲劳试验,验证了超声波在水泥红粘土中应用的可行性。该研究结果有助于推进声波无损检测技术在土体中的应用。
The non-metal ultrasonic detector was used for ultrasonic test of the different amount of cement red clay after the treatment of 28 d, combined with the fast Fourier transform (FFT)spectrum analysis of acoustic signal to get the frequency spectrum characteristics curve of acoustic signal. Based on the ultrasonic wave, the quality and ce- ment content of cement red clay was analyzed by spectral characteristics and the velocity. The feasibility of the application of ultrasonic test in the cement red clay was verified by the fatigue test. All the results can be contributed to the application of acoustic wave nondestructive testing technique advancing in soils.
