摘要 目的探讨规范化人文素质培训在实习护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法对51名护生进行规范化人文素质培训,比较培训前后护生的人文关怀能力及患者满意度。结果经过规范化人文素质培训,护生人文关怀能力较前有所提高(P<0.05);住院患者对护生满意度提升(P<0.05)。结论规范化人文素质培训可提高护生人文关怀能力,提高患者对护生的满意度。 Objective: To explore the application effects on standardized training of humanistic quality of clinical teaching in nursing students. Methods: A standardized training of humanistic quality was conducted in 51 nursing students,and then the humanistic caring ability and patient satisfaction before and after the training were compared. Results: There were significant difference of humanistic caring ability( P〈0. 05) and patients' satisfaction( P〈0. 05) after the standardized training of humanistic quality. Conclusion: The standardize training of humanistic quality to nursing student can improve nursing students' humanistic caring ability and patients' satisfaction.
