摘要
通过运用全面质量管理知识,对三维设计过程进行了深入研究,梳理出一套完整的工作程序,针对数据库建立、模型参数输入、模型深度管理、数据一致性检查、碰撞检查、模型审查、成品制作与三维设计平台维护等环节进行剖析,制定了行之有效的检查、审查、校审方式,克服模型与成品缺陷与促进循环改进方法,构建了科学、生态、全面的质量体系,为今后的工作开展与产品目标实现提供了理论依据。
This paper makes a deep research on the 3D design process,and combs out a complete set of working procedures by using total quality management knowledge.And this topic makes the effective control scheme for inspection,review,and school review;overcomes the model products defects;promotes the recycling method and builds a scientific,ecological and comprehensive quality system through analyzing the database establishment,model parameter input,model depth management,data consistency checking,collision checking,model review,product manufacturing and 3D design platform maintenance.This topic provides a theoretical basis for the future of work and product goals.
