摘要
目的 观察阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6,IL-6）、降钙素、超敏C反应蛋白（high-sensitivity Creactive protein,hs-CRP）、血清淀粉样蛋白A（serum amyloid A,SAA）、肿瘤坏死因子（tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α）因子的影响。方法 回顾性分析浙江衢化医院2014年1月~2015年1月期间收治的确诊为2型糖尿病的患者共50例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各25例,对照组给予注射胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予阿卡波糖治疗,均治疗1个月,记录2组患者IL-6、降钙素、hs-CRP、血清淀粉样蛋白A（SAA）、TNF-α因子情况。结果 观察组患者治疗后IL-6、TNF-α值均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后降钙素、hs-CRP、SAA均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者的IL-6、降钙素、hs-CRP、SAA、TNF-α等因子有一定改善作用。
Objective To investigate effect of acarbose on IL-6, calcitonin, hs-CRP, SAA, TNF-α factor in patients with type 2 diabetic. Methods 50 cases with type 2 diabetes from January 2014 to January 2015 ,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group. Control group were given injections of insulin treatment, observation group on the basis of control group were given the acarbose treatment, one months for a course of treatment, patients were followed up and documented IL-6, calcitonin, hs-CRP, serum amyloid A （ SAA）, TNF-α factor. Results The patients with IL-6, TNF-α values after treatment were lower than the control group（P 〈0. 05）. After treatment, calcitonin, hs-CRP, SAA of observation group lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, respectively. Conclusion Effect of acarbose on IL-6, calcitonin, hs-CRP, SAA, TNF-α in patients with type 2 diabetes has certain improvement.
