摘要
机制砂中含有粒径小于0.075 mm的石粉是机制砂与天然砂显著的区别之一。为了研究石粉对机制砂混凝土性能的影响,对比测试了不同石粉含量对机制砂混凝土工作性及抗压强度的影响,通过电通量法、快冻法测试了不同石粉含量对混凝土氯离子渗透性、抗冻融性能的影响,并对比测试了天然砂和机制砂混凝土的收缩,结果表明机制砂中含有适量的石粉可以改善混凝土的工作性,提高混凝土强度,而且石粉的加入可以提高混凝土的密实度从而改善混凝土的氯离子渗透性和抗冻融性能。机制砂混凝土14 d龄期前的收缩比天然砂大,后期的收缩与天然砂相差不大。
One of the most remarkable difference between manufactured sand and natural sand is stone dust whose particle size is less than 0. 075 mm. The effects of different content of stone dust on workability and compressive strength was investigated in order to study the influence of stone dust on concrete with manufactured sand. Tested by using the coulomb electricity flux method and rapid freezing and thawing method to study the influence on the resistance to chloride ion permeability and antifreeze performance of concrete with manufactured sand of different content of stone dust,and tested shrinkage performance of concrete with natural sand and manufactured sand. The results show that appropriate proportion content of stone dust in manufactured sand can improve workability and compressive strength obviously,concrete with manufactured sand made good resistance to chloride ion permeability and good resistance to chloride ion permeability because stone dust improved compactness of concrete. The shrinkage rate of concrete with manufactured sand in the former 14 d age was bigger than that of concrete with natural sand,and the shrinkage rate in the late age was not much different.
