摘要
川西微晶白云母是一种新型的非金属矿物资源,实验采用高温烧结法制备微晶白云母自生多孔材料,并利用激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察多孔材料的形貌特征;采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、差热分析(DSC)研究川西微晶白云母的物相及其在加热过程中的相变过程。研究结果表明:川西微晶白云母经高温煅烧后生成孔分布均匀、形状规则的多孔材料。微晶白云母的优选粒径为600目,其相应最佳烧结温度为1 275℃,在此条件下得到样品的孔隙率最大,为45.70%。
Microcrystal muscovite occurred in western Sichuan is a new type of non-metallic mineral resources. Microcrystal muscovite self-porous materials are prepared by direct calcination on the high temperature and the surface morphologies of the porous materials are characterized by confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The structures and phase transformation process during the heating are studied by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). It shows that porous materials with good pore structure are prepared by microcrystal muscovite after high sintering. The best particle size of microcrystal muscovite is 600 mesh, the corresponding temperature for the best calcination is 1 275 ℃ ,and the greatest porosity is 45.70%.
