摘要
用0.01%秋水仙素诱导使花生染色体加倍,通过单细胞内染色体数目和DNA含量鉴定花生倍性,比较不同倍性花生叶片的气孔大小、气孔密度和叶绿素含量。结果表明:秋水仙素加倍处理后的花生叶片气孔更大,单位面积的气孔数量减少,叶绿素含量增加。
0.01% colchicine was used to induce doubling of peanut chromosomes,and peanut ploidy was identified through single cell chromosome number and DNA content.By comparison of leaf stomatal size,stomatal density,chlorophyll content of different ploidy peanut,it was find that:after colchicine doubling treatment,the size of peanut leaf stomatal became larger,with the reduced number of stomata per unit area and the increased chlorophyll content.
