摘要
钢轨鱼鳞伤损一直以来困扰着世界各国的铁路部门,同时由于鱼鳞伤损产生的不均匀和不规则性,没有对其准确的定量评价方法。简要介绍了鱼鳞伤损的特征、萌生扩展机理以及相关影响因素,并结合实际线路中钢轨使用情况,提出了钢轨鱼鳞伤损发展程度的量化评价方法,提高了钢轨鱼鳞伤损统计效率和精度,有利于推动钢轨鱼鳞伤损研究的进一步发展。
Railway shelling defect has been a headache to railway departments all around the world.However,there is no quantitative assessment method to evaluate it since shell defect is always uneven and irregular.This paper introduces its characteristics,emergence and extension and its related influential factors.It summarizes a quantitative method on the basis of studying the actual use of railways.This kind of method improves calculation efficiency and accuracy,and will witness further development of shelling defect investigation.
