摘要 郑徐铁路客运专线开兰特大桥跨陇海铁路70+125+70连续梁,采用先平行于既有铁路支架现浇123 m连续梁,再转体合拢的施工方法,其中主墩1321#和1322#跨越陇海铁路,1321#墩承台边缘距离陇海铁路防护栏最近距离为5.5 m,1322#墩承台距离防护栏仅为5.1 m。为防止承台基坑在开挖过程中对既有铁路运输的干扰,对既有铁路路基进行了注浆加固,基坑开挖采用了钢板桩加挡墙支护,同时对支护结构和既有铁路路基进行了监测,确保了施工和既有铁路安全。 In Zhengzhou-Xuzhou railway passenger dedicated line, the continuous beams of Kailan bridge across Longhai railway uses the construction method that first build a cast-in-place 123 m continuous beams parallel to the existing railways support, then swivel for closure. Among the continuous beams, No. 1321 and No. 1322 main piers are across Longhai railway. The distance between the cap edge of the No. 1321 pier and the fence of Longhai Railway is only 5.5 meters. And the distance between the cap edge of the No. 1322 pier and the fence of Longhai Railway is only 5.1 meters. During the process of excavation of foundation pit cofferdam, in order to prevent the interference to existing railway transport, the existing railway roadbed is grouting reinforced, the pit foundation is supported by steel pile and retaining wall, and the existing railway roadbed are monitored, so as to ensure the safety of construction and the existing lines.
