山羊上颌窦及额窦黏膜厚度与抗拉伸强度相关研究

Study on relationship between goat maxillary sinus and frontal sinus mucous membrane thickness and their tensile strength

摘要 目的探讨山羊鼻窦黏膜的厚度及抗拉伸强度的差异并分析造成这种差异的可能原因,为上颌窦提升术中涉及黏膜问题时提供理论依据和指导。方法从获取的每块鼻窦黏膜(上颌窦顶、上颌窦底及额窦黏膜)上切取两块所需大小的黏膜,中性福尔马林溶液固定24h后的黏膜制成组织切片,用于测量黏膜厚度,另一块黏膜用于抗拉伸强度数值的测定,再进行两者相关性的分析,选择合适的统计方法和软件。结果山羊上颌窦顶黏膜厚度和抗拉伸强度分别为410.03±65.97um和0.48±0.10Kg;上颌窦底为461.33±91.37um和0.54±0.11Kg;额窦为216.90±46.47um和0.20±0.05Kg。上颌窦顶与额窦、上颌窦底与额窦、上颌窦顶与窦底黏膜的厚度均值之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),抗拉伸强度均值之间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上颌窦顶、底黏膜较额窦黏膜厚度及抗拉伸强度均大,上颌窦底黏膜较上颌窦顶黏膜厚度和抗拉伸强度稍偏大,并且窦黏膜抗拉伸强度与黏膜厚度之间成正相关关系。 Objective The purpose of this paper is to investigate the differences in the goat sinus mucous membrane thickness and their tensile strength and analyze the possible causes to these differences to provide theoretical references and guidance for mucous membrane issues involved in maxillary sinus lifting. Methods Cut two pieces of mucous membrane of the required sizes from each piece of the sinus mucous membrane obtained(maxillary sinus top,maxillary sinus bottom and frontal sinus membrane). Prepare the tissue slices with the membrane pieces which has been fixed for 24 hours with neutral formalin solution for the measurement of the mucous membrane thickness. Use the other piece of the mucous membrane for the measurement of the tensile strength. And then perform the correlation analysis for the two pieces using an appropriate statistical method and software. Results The goat maxillary sinus top mucous membrane thickness and tensile strength are 410.03 ±65.97 um and 0.48 ±0.10 Kg respectively,and they are 461.33 ±91.37 um and 0.54 ±0.11 Kg for the maxillary sinus bottom respectively,and 216.90 ±46.47 um and 0.20 ±0.05 Kg for the frontal sinus respectively. The differences in the mucous membrane thickness between the maxillary sinus top and the frontal sinus,those between the maxillary sinus bottom and the frontal sinus,and those between the maxillary sinus top and the maxillary sinus bottom are statistically significant(P〈0.05). The differences in the average tensile strengths are also statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The maxillary sinus top and bottom mucous membranes both have higher membrane thickness and tensile strength than those of the frontal sinus mucous membrane. The maxillary sinus top mucous membrane has higher membrane thickness and tensile strength than those of the maxillary sinus bottom mucous membrane. And the tensile strength is proportional to the thickness for the sinus mucous membranes.
