摘要
目的探讨涎腺导管癌的病理特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析涎腺导管癌的组织学及免疫组织化学特征。结果大体检查:肿瘤为质硬灰白色边界不清肿块;光镜下肿瘤呈巢团状、腺样生长,瘤细胞较大,异型性明显。结论涎腺导管癌是一类恶性程度很高的恶性肿瘤,主要依靠组织病理学及免疫组织化学检查结果确诊。
Objective To study the histopathological characteristics,diagnosis,and differential diagnosis of salivary duct carcinoma. Methods The histological and immunochemical features of salivary duct carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Resuits Physical examination revealed a firm and immobile and unboundary mass,The histological appearance was characterized by soiled cell nests,adenoid structures and obvious atypia. Conclusion Salivary duct carcinoma is a rare malignant salivary tumor, and the diagnosis depend on histopathological and immunochemical feature.
