摘要
在"民主与科学"的大旗下,新文化运动时期报刊舆论大力鼓吹反对封建专制,提倡民主;反对旧道德,提倡新道德;反对旧文学,提倡新文学。所有这些,无疑都起到了保护进步的学术思想、促进思想解放的作用。它在政治上和思想上给封建主义以空前的打击与破坏,对中国人民特别是青年知识分子的觉醒起了巨大的作用。
Under the banner of 'democracy and science',the press opinion during The New Culture M ovement strongly opposed the feudal autocracy but advocated democracy,opposed old moral concepts but advocated new morals,opposed the old literature but advocated new one. All these are undoubtedly to protect the progress of the academic thought,and promote the liberation of thought. It gave an unprecedented political and ideological blow to the feudalism,and played a huge role in the aw akening of Chinese people especially young intellectuals.
