摘要
目的:探讨高膨胀止血材料在急诊严重鼻出血临床治疗中的应用价值。方法:急诊接诊严重鼻出血的63例患者,应用高膨胀止血材料治疗患者,设为观察组。另设63例严重鼻出血患者的临床资料为对照组,应用常规材料进行治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组严重鼻出血患者临床疗效明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高膨胀止血材料止血效果确切,减少患者痛苦,适合急诊严重鼻出血患者。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To explore the application value of high expansion hemostatic materials in the clinical treatment of severe nasal bleeding in emergency department. Methods: 63 cases of emergency admissions of serious epistaxis patients, application of high expansion hemostatic materials in the treatment of patients as observation group. The clinical data of 63 patients with severe nasal bleeding were as control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared with the conventional materials. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The hemostatic effect of high expansion hemostatic material is exact, reduce the pain of patients, and is suitable for patients with severe nasal bleeding in emergency department.
