摘要
为了了解江西省卫生资源现状,为卫生行政部门提供科学决策,使各种卫生资源得到合理配置,本文利用SPSS13.0对数据进行统计,定性与定量相结合,对统计结果进行处理和分析。以2006—2012年《江西卫生统计年鉴》为依据,对江西省各地市以及城乡之间的每千人人口的床位、卫生技术人员、注册护士等卫生资源的配置进行分析研究可知,近几年,江西城乡及各地市医院的卫生资源都有一些发展和进步,但是城乡之间及各地市之间的卫生资源配置却存在一些不足和差距。提出要鼓励医师多点执业,加强城乡基层人才队伍建设,提升城乡医院的医疗服务水平,使各种卫生资源的配置逐步合理。
Objective： To understand the status quo of health resources in Jiangxi Province, to provide scientific decision for the health administrative departments to make all kinds of rational allocation of health resources.Methods： By using SPSS 13.0 to make a statistical data analysis, qualitative and quantitative, for processing and analyzing the results. Results： Based on statistical yearbooks of Jiangxi ＂health＂ from 2006 to 2012, the paper analyzes and researches per thousand population beds, health and technical personnel, registered nurses and other health resources allocation in local cities, including both urban and rural areas, in Jiangxi Province. It＇s clear that in recent years, both in urban and rural areas in Jiangxi, the hospital health resources have made some progress in the development, but the allocation of health resources between urban and rural areas, as well as among cities differs and limps. Conclusion： To encourage more practice by physicians, strengthen the construction of talents in medical services at urban and rural grass-roots level, enhance health service in urban hospitals, and make all kinds of health resources allocation gradually reasonable.
