摘要
人参皂苷Rb1是人参主要有效成分之一,对心脏作用广泛,可以调节心脏凋亡相关蛋白和mRNA,抑制心肌细胞凋亡,提高心肌细胞耐缺氧能力,减轻心肌细胞肥大,影响心肌细胞凋亡cTnI水平,调整蛋白激酶R样内质网激醇(PERK)通路,影响心肌细胞葡萄糖转运栽体-4,影响心肌细胞核因子-kB,通过多种途径提高心肌收缩力、抗心律失常、双向调节血管舒缩功能、维持缺氧心肌细胞存活等。未来仍需更有力、更确切的分子生物学机制证实人参皂苷Rb1对慢性心力衰竭的作用机制。
Ginsenoside Rbl is one of the main active ingredients of ginseng,the role of the heart is wide,it can adjust the cardiac apoptosis-related protein and mRNA,inhibition of cardiomyocyte apoptosis,improve myocardial hypoxia tolerance,reduce myocardial hypertrophy,myocyte apoptosis cTnI level,adjusting protein kinase R-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase(PERK)pathway.myocardial cell glucose transporter-4 myocardial nuclear factor-κB.Through a variety of ways to improve myocardial contractility,antiarrhythmic,twoway adjustment vasomotor function,maintain anoxic myocardial cells survived and so on.Future still more powerful.more precise molecular mechanisms of ginsenoside Rb1 confirmed chronic heart failure mechanism.
