摘要 目的探讨一对一个体化指导在2型糖尿病患者自我管理中的作用。方法将在我院内分泌门诊接受正规治疗的2型糖尿病患者124例分为两组,每组62例,A组为对照组,B组为一对一个体化指导组,对两组患者进行为期6个月的随访。观察患者随访前后体重、血压、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及糖尿病认知的变化。结果A组患者失访8例、脱落12例。随访6个月后,B组患者的血压、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖较随访前明显下降(P〈0.01),A组患者血压、空腹血糖无明显下降。结论一对一个体化指导的自我管理教育方式能增强门诊2型糖尿病患者治疗的依从性,增强自我管理能力,有利于糖尿病患者的血糖控制和提高生活质量。 Objective To explore self - management education of type 2 diabetic patients through individualized in- struction. Methods A total of 124 type 2 diabetic outpatients who were being treated in our hospital were included in the current study. They were divided into two groups (n = 62 ) : a control group (A) and an individualized instruction group (B). All patients were followed up for 6 months. Then, their changes in body weight, blood pressure, blood glu- cose (gtyeosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose) and their knowledge about diabetics before and after follow - up visit were recorded. Results There were 8 cases of lost to follow - up and 12 cases of drop - out in Group A. Six months after follow - up visits, The patients in Group B presented decreases in blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose compared with those before follow - up visits. Conclusion Based on individualized instruction, self - management education of diabetic outpatients can improve compliance, blood glucose control and quality of life.
