职业警察的建立是一个漫长而曲折的过程,通常面临着激烈的反对和巨大的考验。英国警察在这漫长的过程中,建立完善的警察制度,发展警察与公众的良好关系,逐步消除人们对警察的偏见,使英国警察成为世界警察的楷模。英国警察的成功来自警察与公众良好关系的建立,其公共关系的成功与英国警察在诞生阶段的起步是密不可分的,为英国警察公共关系的发展和实现打下坚实的基础。
The establishment of a professional police is a long and tortuous process, which usually faces fierce opposition and huge test. The police system have been established in order to be good for the development of the police and the public relations, gradually eliminate people＇s aversion to the police, which makes the British police to be the model of the world＇s police during this long process.
