摘要
智能变电站作为智能电网的关键节点,它的基本理念原则为信息共享。智能变电站的主要传播手段是信息化,基本载体为信息流,在整个运行过程中既要保障计量、控制等业务的实现,又要努力建构全网数据统一平台,因此,它已越来越成为智能电网发展的重点。但就目前的情况来看,我国的智能变电站分析方法和研究手段仍停留在定性的层面上,十分缺乏科学的分析、严密的论证,其实最主要的原因还是在于缺乏信息流定量分析和优化控制的方法以及手段。对智能变电站的信息流定量分析以及优化控制的方法进行了具体研究与探讨。
As the key node of smart grid,basic principle of intelligent substation is to achieve information sharing.Intelligent substation,taking the information as the main means of communication,and taking the information flow as the basic carrier,not only guarantees the realization of the measurement and controls,but also makes great efforts to construct the unified data platform in the whole operation process.Therefore,the development of smart grid has become more and more important.But in terms of the current situation,analysis and research methods of China's smart substation still remain at the qualitative level,lacking scientific analysis and rigorous argument.In fact,the main reason is lack of quantitative analysis method and optimization control means of information flow.Quantitative analysis and optimal control of information flow of intelligent substation are researched and discussed in detail.
