摘要
动物实验研究证明,环境内分泌干扰物具有一定的胚胎毒性,但动物实验具有一定的局限性,寻找替代动物实验的体外实验模型至关重要。目前,胚胎干细胞已成为发育毒性实验的一种崭新受试对象,能灵敏、准确地评价有害物质的毒性作用。根据胚胎干细胞特性发展起来的胚胎干细胞模型,可评价环境内分泌干扰物的潜在胚胎毒性和致畸性。
Animal experimental studies demonstrated that environmental endocrine disruptors( EEDs) led to embryotoxicity. The evaluation of embryotoxicity by the animal experimental has some limitation. Replacing animals experiment has become an important role in developmental toxicology. At present,embryonic stem cells have become a new subject of developmental toxicity test. And it can assess sensitively and accurately the toxic effect of xenobiotics. Embryonic stem cell test in vitro based on the characteristic of embryonic stem cell can evaluate the potential embryotoxicity and teratogenicity of EEDs.
