摘要
近年来,我国地方政府债务规模不断扩大。随着经济的下滑,债务风险逐渐暴露,地方政府财政面临着巨大的压力,因此可能导致的系统性风险引起了多方面的关注。对地方政府融资平台的债务风险形成的原因进行深入分析,能更有效地为防范和化解地方政府债务风险提供建议和对策。
In recent years,the scale of local government debt is increasing,but with the economic downturn,debt risk gradually exposed,the local government finance is facing great pressure,which may lead to systemic risk caused by many concerns. This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the debt risk of local government financing platform,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to prevent and resolve the local government debt risk.
